Liberty Wines announcement on LIWF 2013

Liberty Wines has been present at the London International Wine Fair for every year since 1997.  However, after much internal debate we have decided that we are going to take a break from the London International Wine Fair this year. We remain committed to the idea of a London International Wine Fair that focuses on quality wine and is held in a more central venue.  If such an event returns, then we will consider returning. This is the first time in 25 years that a company with which David is associated will not be exhibiting at the Fair, so it was not an easy decision for us to take.

Taking a break from the Fair means we will be more active than ever over the next few months.  We have just seen 550 of our customers, and we poured over 3,000 bottles of wine, at our tastings in Bristol, Edinburgh, Dublin and Manchester. Our new premises in Clapham provide a great venue to host tastings and we will be announcing what we have planned soon.
