- Our office is open from 8am – 5.30pm with a dedicated Customer Services team to take your orders and answer questions. Orders can be left on our answerphone when the office is closed
Communication – every month
- AdLib is our monthly personalised email which advises customers of changes of vintage, price, pack size or closure for the wines you buy from us
Deliveries – every day
- We offer a next day delivery service nationwide from our bonded warehouse in Dublin
- For next day delivery, orders can be placed up to 4pm (Dublin) and 12 noon (country)
- We have a dedicated van and driver for our Dublin deliveries, giving you the reliable delivery service you expect and need
- For country orders, we use a safe and reliable courier service for next day delivery
